  Ensure the sari or garment is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original tags and blouse pieces attached in their original packaging.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely and affix the return shipping label provided via email to prevent any damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
